It turned out really cute and is good quality about what I expected. My only criticism is that the physical ornament turned out a little lighter in color than the proof they sent for approval. But that makes sense for watercolor. Not sure if its actually hand painted but its a beautiful gift and exactly what I expected. Great way to memorialize our sweet dog every year during the holidays. Would purchase again.
