It turned out really cute and is good quality about what I expected. My only criticism is that the physical ornament turned out a little lighter in color than the proof they sent for approval. But that makes sense for watercolor. Not sure if its actually hand painted but its a beautiful gift and exactly what I expected. Great way to memorialize our sweet dog every year during the holidays. Would purchase again.

Ordered a coffee mug for our daughter in law. I sent in 10 pictures of her cat. The coffee mug arrived and looks amazing! The picture on the mug looks exactly like her cat and they have a bandanna around the cats neck. Way better than I anticipated it would look like.

I purchased this book for myself about my pets and everybody loved it so much I thought I'd get one for my niece and her pets as well! There was a miscommunication and the name that spelled wrong but the sellers quickly fixed it for me and sent me another book. Very cute idea, it's unique and well-made. It takes a bit to get here but it's worth the wait!
