The cardstock was quality, nice and thick. The shipping was fast and very well packaged to save from any damage - I chose the picture without frame. I sent three photos to the seller for them to choose the best photo they thought would work and their contact was quick. An easy process and quickly received! My friend will love this gift after the loss of their beloved dog.

The shirt turned out very good, I gave them 5 pictures of my 2 cats and they came up with a cool design. There is an extra $5 to proof the design before it goes onto a print, but I decided to save a little and trust the process, shirt looks great! Besides a little pricey of a shirt, it’s a custom design on a shirt and the print quality is pretty good, got to choose the color of the blank and overall very happy. The $ is worth it since me and my girlfriend love these cats
I’ve placed four orders to try and get what I originally wanted. Last year I received an unbelievably beautiful painting of my pet that passed and I’m trying to recreate it for my other pet. Unfortunately, I’ve talked to customer service who tried to help, but I’m getting the same low quality print. I just placed a new order with a new picture. I’m praying because I know what Mod Paws can do and it’s amazing!

Love it! They were quick to give me a mock up, and quick to make an adjustment for me after showing me the examples. Now I can have designated towels for each of my dogs water bowl massacres.
I finally received the item. I honestly love it. It is very well made. They do a great job, however they have a tendency to leave an item out of the order. They do take care of the issue after you contact them.
The proof was sent promptly and delivery was within the time expected. Sadly shortly after receiving this gift, one of the pets passed away so it is now a reminder of a wonderful pet.
