This guarantee applies to custom products. Gift cards are excluded.

Choose a Refund or Free Remake

If you are not satisfied with a custom item, contact us within 30 days after it is delivered. You may choose either:

• A free remake of the affected item at no additional charge; or

• A full refund of the amount paid for the affected item, including applicable taxes and any shipping, rush, or design charges paid specifically for that item.

No return is required.

If your order contains multiple items, this guarantee applies only to the item or items you identify as unsatisfactory. Satisfactory items in the same order are not refunded.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after we receive your request. Your bank or financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

How to Request a Refund or Remake

Contact us through our contact page and include your order number and the affected item. Tell us whether you would prefer a full refund or a free remake.

Order Changes and Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, address change, or other order change, contact us within 12 hours after placing your order. This pre-production deadline does not limit the 30-day post-delivery guarantee described above.
