A full refund of the amount paid for the affected item, including applicable taxes and any shipping, rush, or design charges paid specifically for that item.

No return is required.

If your order contains multiple items, this guarantee applies only to the item or items you identify as unsatisfactory. Satisfactory items in the same order are not refunded.

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days after we receive your request. Your bank or financial institution may require additional time to post the credit to your account.
