Wonderful gift for dog lover- photos looked great on glass

Low quality print

Pretty low quality print job. I’ve used the same photo for a few personalized gifts over the years and it works great….the rendering on this glass hardly looks like my dog

It's now three days past my expected delivery date and my item hasn't moved in two weeks. When I asked the seller for help opening a ticket with the shipping company it didn't seem like they cared or wanted to help at all. While I understand that delivery issues are not their fault, a little guidance or understanding on the situation would have helped especially considering its now passed the expected delivery date (this was an anniversary gift not a Christmas gift so it's already late). With all the delivery issues recently I wouldn't use this seller because they seem like they don't care about customer experience.
