I purchased a mug for a dear friend who recently lost her beloved pup. I uploaded several photos of sweet Lola and crossed my fingers that it would come out at least resembling her. I was looking for a mug with an image of my dog on it for my boyfriend. Most places I found on line just take a square picture and stick it on the side of the mug. When I cam across this one, I was so happy. Not only do they remove your dog from the background but they also turn it into an adorable image with the dogs name above it on both sides.
The first time I ordered a mug, they also removed my dogs harness on her chest so it was just a cute pic of her. I accidentally dropped it in the sink and the handle broke. But I loved the mug so much I immediately ordered another. This one also came out just as perfect as the first.
I would highly recommend this company. You get a high quality product with great customer service. Yes, they are a bit more expensive than other options, but they are 100% worth it for the quality you receive.
